As a TPAP, Kredit.Pe is obligated to facilitate grievances/complaints resolution of the customers onboarded on our UPI application. We shall be the first point of contact for all UPI related grievances/complaints for customers on-boarded by us. In case the complaint/grievance remains unresolved, the next level for escalation will be the PSP Bank, followed by the bank (where you maintain the account) and NPCI in the same order. After exercising these options, You can approach the Banking Ombudsman and / or the Ombudsman for Digital Complaints, as the case may be.

Kredit.Pe shall not be responsible for any incorrect details or inputs given from user’s end at the time of transaction on Kredit.Pe app. In the event, the user erroneously sends a payment to a wrong party or has sent a payment for a wrong amount, Kredit.Pe shall have no liability in this regard and the only recourse will be to contact such third party to whom such payment was sent and seek a refund (if any). Kredit.Pe will not refund or reverse a payment erroneously made by the user.

Kredit.Pe does not at any point of time during any transaction between the user and merchant/vendor, take the ownership of any of the products/services provided by the merchant. Nor does Kredit.Pe at any point assert any rights or claims over the products/services offered by the merchant to the user. The cancellation/refund, if any, will be governed as per the terms and conditions of the merchant/vendor.

Reward points accumulated by way of making payments using Kredit.Pe app, can be redeemed in the form of retail vouchers on our reward store. Please note that vouchers are generally non-refundable unless due to a technical error on our website, you receive an invalid or unusable gift voucher, in which case we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement voucher of equal value.
