Returns Policy on Kredit.Pe applies to the rewards redeemed on Kredit.Pe using the reward points obtained by the user through various activities as defined by Kredit.Pe on its App. The framework determining the earning of reward points is also subject to change and may be updated without prior notice.

Reward points can be redeemed in the form of retail vouchers on our reward store. Please note that brand vouchers are non-returnable & non-refundable once it is delivered to the user. In case of disputes or users not being able to use the voucher, users may reach out to our support team with grievances who will ensure resolution within the framework of terms and conditions of Kredit.Pe as well as brand guidelines corresponding to the brand for which the user has obtained the voucher.

Kredit.Pe does not at any point of time take the ownership of any of the products/services provided by the brand. Nor does Kredit.Pe at any point assert any rights or claims over the products/services offered by the brand to the user. The usage of the vouchers will be permitted on the respective brand properties as per the terms and conditions of the brand.
